Paramount Miami Worldcenter: 

Want to try a variety of workout classes? Miami Worldcenter’s Paramount has got you covered with an assortment of free classes you can do at home. From meditation and yoga courses to full-body boot camps and at-home boxing, get in your best shape while you stay safe indoors. Paramount releases their schedule every Saturday and classes can be found on their Instagram Live and IGTV.

Life Time Miami Marathon and Half Marathon presented by cbdMD Training Club: 

Looking for a community? Join the Miami Marathon and Half Marathon training club. Post your runs to share them with the fellow running community as you continue to grow as a runner. Set goals and ignite your competitive spirit by competing for a spot on the weekly leaderboard.

Brickell Run Club: 

Social distance while you mingle with your fellow DWNTWNRs in the Brickell Run Club. Get your heart pumping while you take the paths less traveled with guided runs via Zoom.

Miami City Ballet Ballet Classes:

Not into a traditional workout? Improve your posture and flexibility with free ballet classes offered by the Miami City Ballet! Welcome to all levels of experience, each class will share the fundamentals of ballet. The classes are led by MCB Principals Jennifer Lauren and Tricia Albertson and are broadcasted on Instagram Live, Saturdays at 10 am. These classes can also be found on their youtube channel.

Bayfront Park and Baptist Health South Florida Yoga

Looking to slow things down? Center your chakras and stretch your muscles with free virtual yoga classes offered by Bayfront Park and Baptist Health South Florida. The classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 5 pm via Zoom. All levels are welcome!
