For your information, the following is a list of “Key” activities that will be occurring around the site over the next couple of weeks.

1. F-East

• Structural steel erection ongoing
• Metal deck installation ongoing
• Concrete slab pours on levels 2 and 3 ongoing
• Fireproofing of steel columns started

2. Private Improvement Areas

• 1^st Ave: The slab was poured. We continue installing utilities and we will install Landscape on September. The sidewalk is temporarily closed.
• 2^nd Ave: Part of the Landscape was installed. We continue installing pavers.
• Half of 7ST street: Part of the Landscape was installed. We continue installing pavers. The sidewalk is temporarily closed.
• Bezel Drop Off: Part of the slab was poured and some bollards were installed.

3. Block H Garage and Retail

• STO Maleano Install for Art Wall on West Elevation Complete
• STO Crotique Install on Art Wall Framing on West Elevation – on going
• Interior Garage Striping nearing completion
• Garage Louver Installation on going
• Finalizing details on Lvl 13 Roof
• Elevators being adjusted and phone line installed
• Lvl 9 Planters on site
