For your information, the following is a list of “Key” activities that will be occurring around the site over the next couple of weeks.

1. F-East

• Structural steel erection complete
• Top out celebration October 4^th, 2021
• Fireproofing of steel columns on-going
• CMU block installation ongoing
• MEP rough installation ongoing
• GFRC installation to start mid-October
• Roofing to start mid-October
• Water and sewer connections to start the week of October 18. Expect some road closures on NE 8 street, between 1^st ave and 2^nd

2. Private Improvement Areas

• 1^st Ave: The slab was poured. We continue installing utilities and we will install Landscape on September. The sidewalk is temporarily closed.
• 2^nd Ave: Part of the Landscape was installed. We continue installing pavers.
• Half of 7ST street: Part of the Landscape was installed. We continue installing pavers. The sidewalk is temporarily closed.
• LUMA Drop Off: Part of the slab was poured and some bollards were installed.

3. Block H and Bezel

• STO Crotique Install on Art Wall Framing on West Elevation – In progress
• Interior Garage Striping – Complete
• Garage Louver Installation – Complete
• Finalizing details on Lvl 13 Roof – Complete
• Elevators 6 & 7 – Final Inspections. Elev. 8 & 9 – Final Adjustments
• North Elevation Exterior Lights Installed – Installation Complete Adjustment On-going
