1. Paramount:
   • Partial Lane Closure on NE 10th St. between NE 1st Ave and NE 2nd Ave.:
     • Duration: 05/01/19 – 05/31/19
     • Time: from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
   • Partial Lane closure; two most eastern lanes on 1st Ave. between NE 8th and NE 10th Street.
     • Duration: 05/01/19 – 05/31/19
     • Time: 24 Hours
   • Building Enclosure at Podium continues
   • Interior finishes continue
   • Amenity deck continues
2. Block D East:
   • Elevators testing is ongoing and nearing completion.
   • Installation of the metal fins started on the north elevation.
   • Installation of the steel supporting members for the louvers continues.
   • Off-site utilities installation along 2nd Avenue continues.
3. Site Work:
   • 2 Lane closure on N Miami Ave. between 8th St. and R/R tracks.
     • Excavation and installation of drainage
     • Time:  8AM to 4PM
     • Duration 05/03/19 – 05/11/19
   • Full Closure of NE 8th St. Between NE 1st and NE 2nd Ave due to Gas line installation.
     • Time: 8AM to 4PM
     • Duration  05/15/2019 to 05/17/2019
   • Partial Lane Closure (2 Traffic Lanes) on NE 2nd Ave between NE 9th ST and NE 10th ST
     • Excavation of landscape area behind curb
     • Time: 8AM to 4PM
     • Duration 05/08/2019 to 05/15/2019
4. MWC Luma
   • Demolition of Unforeseen Concrete Foundations
   • Grading Site to 9.00NGVD
   • Haul Off of Site Soil and Demolition Soil
   • Test Pile and Production Program (will extend to after 5 PM)
   • Drilling of temporary and Permanent Drainage Wells
