For your information, the following is a list of “Key” activities that will be occurring around the site over the next couple of weeks.

1. Paramount:
   •  Concrete pours at the amenity deck and pools is in progress.
   • Window installation continues.
   • Wall layout, framing, and interior finishes are ongoing.
   • Elevator bracket and rails installation ongoing.
   • North and South Hoist take down 12/19/18 and 01/20/19.
   • NE 10th St. full Road closure:
     • Duration: 01/02/19 -01/30/19
     • Time: from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
2.  7th Street Apartments Project:
   • Retail Window installation continues.
   • Interior Punchout continues.
   • Material deliveries on weekends.
   • Façade panels install continues.
3. Block D East:
   • Elevators Installation is ongoing.
   • Stucco work continues.
   • Doors and door frames installations continue.
   • Installation Façade Metal panels and sub framing on the north elevation.
   • Installation of the steel supporting members for the louvers.
   • Installation of the temporary walls started.
4. Site Work:
   • Full Road closure on NE 1st Ave between R/R and 8th St.
     • Duration 01/14/19 to 01 /16/19

• • Daily Road Closure as needed on NE 8th St. Between NE 1st and NE 2nd Ave
    • Duration 01/14/2019 to 01/25/2019
