- A fence around the lot is installed.
- 1ST Ave Sidewalk around the property is open.
- 8 ST sidewalk will be closed temporary during utility work in February.
- 8 ST Asphalt and Street repairs will be performed in February.
- Remove fence 10/2024.
- Finish Construction 12/2024.
