For your information, the following is a list of “Key” activities that will be occurring around the site over the next couple of weeks.

1. F-East

• Fireproofing of steel columns on-going
• CMU block installation ongoing
• MEP rough installation ongoing
• GFRC installation to start mid-November
• Glass installation to start mid- November
• Roofing to start mid-November
• Water and sewer connections to start week of November 8. Expect some road closures on NE 8 street, between 1^st ave and 2^nd

2. Private Improvement Areas

• 1^st Ave: Landscape was installed. In November, we will install pavers. The sidewalk is temporarily closed.
• 2^nd Ave: Landscape, Pavers and lighting were installed. In November, we will install polymeric sand. The sidewalk is temporarily closed.
• Half of 7ST street: Landscape, Pavers and lighting were installed. In November, we will install polymeric sand. The sidewalk is temporarily closed.
• Bezel Drop Off: Landscape and Pavers were installed. In November, we will install polymeric sand. The area is temporarily closed.

3. Block H Garage and Retail

• STO Crotique Install on Art Wall Framing on West Elevation – COMPLETE
• Garage – Lvls 2-11 – Punching Out for Final Completion
• Elevators 6 & 7 / Elev. 8 & 9 – Final Inspections
• North Elevation Exterior Lights Installed – Installation Complete Adjustment On-going
• East Portal Base – Lights on Going
