1. Paramount:
   • Partial Lane Closure on NE 8th St. corner with 1st Ave.
     • Duration: 07/15/19 – 07/30/19
     • Time: from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
   • Partial Lane closure; most eastern lanes on 1st Ave. between NE 8th and NE 10th Street
     • Duration: 05/01/19 – 08/02/19
     • Time: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
   • Interior finishes continue
   • Amenity deck continues
2. Block D East:
   • Amenity deck continues
   • Installation of the metal fins started on the north elevation
   • Off-site utilities installation along 2nd Avenue continues
3. Site Work:
   • N Miami Ave from NE 8th ST to RR Tracks – Sidewalk Closure.
     • Time: 8AM to 4PM
     • Duration: 07/08/19 – 07/19/19
   • NE 1st Ave from NE 6th ST to RR Tracks – Sidewalk Closure
     • Time: 8AM to 4PM
     • Duration: 07/08/19 – 07/12/19
4. MWC Luma
   • Installing garage production piles
   • Breaking down 888 on Monday 7/1
   • Chipping piles
   • Forming, Rebar and pouring tower foundations
   • Installing dewatering equipment
