For your information, the following is a list of “Key” activities that will be occurring around the site over the next couple of weeks.

1. Paramount:
   • Amenity deck waterproofing and installation of swimming pools continue.
   • Window installation continues.
   • Elevator bracket and rail installation is ongoing.
   • Interior Finishes continue.
   • North and South Hoist removal will commence.
   • Partial Lane Closure on NE 10th St. between NE 1st Ave and NE 2nd Ave.:
     • Duration: 01/20/19 – 02/20/19
     • Time: from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
2. 7th Street Apartments Project:
   • Interior Punchout continues.
   • Façade panels install continues.
   • Final Painting
   • Completion of Dog walk in garage area.
3. Block D East:
   • Elevators Installation is ongoing.
   • Doors and door frames installations continue.
   • Installation Façade Metal panels and sub framing on the south elevation.
   • Installation of the steel supporting members for the louvers.
   • Installation of the temporary walls continues.
   • Off-site utilities installation along 8th St. continues.
4. Site Work:
   • Partial Closure on NE 8^th St. Between NE 1^st and NE 2^nd Ave due to Gas line installation.
     • Time: 8AM to 4PM
     • Duration 02/11/2019 to 02/15/2019
   • Partial Closure on NE 1^st Ave. Between NE 1^st from NE 8^th to 10^th St (East Half Road Reconstruction). Traffic will be reduced to 1 lane.
     • Time: 24 HRS
     • Duration: 02/18/19 – 03/29/19
5. Site Utilities
   • Road Reconstruction to begin at NIGHT along NE 1^st Ave from NE 8^th ST to NE 10^th ST (East Half of Road)
     • Monday 02.18.19 to Friday 03.08.19
     • Traffic along NE 1^st Ave will be reduced to One Lane
