For your information, the following is a list of “key” activities that will be occurring around the site over the next couple of weeks.
1. F-East
- CMU block installation ongoing
- MEP rough installation ongoing
- GFRC installation on going on north façade – Expect some road closures on NE 8 street, between 1st ave and 2nd ave.
- Glass installation to starts on south façade December 8, 2021
- Roofing on going and scheduled to be complete before the end of the year
- Sewer lateral connection completed connections completed.
2. Private Improvement Areas
- 1st Ave: Pavers was installed in November. The sidewalk is open to the public.
- 2nd Ave: Landscape, Pavers and lighting were installed in November. The sidewalk is temporarily closed.
- Half of 7ST street: The work is completed. The area is temporarily closed, end of December it is going to be open to the public.
- Bezel Drop Off: The work is completed. The area is temporarily closed, end of December it is going to be open to the public.
3. Block H Garage and Retail
- TCO 1 for Lvl 1-26 Tower, Garage, and Retail – 12.01.2021
- Garage Lvl 2-11, Elevators 6-9 –Complete & Punch Out On going
- North Elevation Exterior Lights Installed – Installation Complete Adjustment On-going
- East Portal Base – Lights on Going
- West Art Wall Lighting – Installed
4. Bezel Apartments – Now Leasing
