For your information, the following is a list of “Key” activities that will be occurring around the site over the next couple of weeks.

1. Paramount:
   • Partial Lane Closure on NE 10th St. between NE 1st Ave and NE 2nd Ave.:
     • Duration: 01/20/19 – 03/08/19
     • Time: from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
2. Block D East:
   • Elevators Installation is ongoing.
   • Installation Façade Metal panels on the east elevation is ongoing.
   • Installation of the steel supporting members for the louvers continues.
   • Off-site utilities installation along 2nd Avenue continues.
3. Site Work:
   • Partial Closure on NE 8th St. Between NE 1st and NE 2nd Ave due to Gas line installation.
     • Time: 7AM to 4PM
     • Duration 02/25/2019 to 03/15/2019
   • Partial Closure on NE 1st Ave. Between NE 1st from NE 8th to 10th St (East Half Road Reconstruction). Traffic will be reduced to 1 lane.
     • Time: 24 HRS
     • Duration: 02/18/19 – 03/29/19
   • Partial Lane Closure on NE 2nd Ave between NE 8th ST and NE 9th ST
     • Demolition / Water and Sewer / Electrical Mains/ Irrigation Mains
     • Time: 8AM to 4PM
     • Duration 02/25/2019 to 03/08/2019
